If you order a made to order piece, please allow 2 weeks for me to make your order before dispatch.
Vintage and ready made pieces are ready for me to dispatch next working day.
Scrapping 'Ell is not liable for any customs import duties or tax fees incurred.
All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail.
Below is a guideline of shipping times only. Actual shipping times may be quicker or slower.
UK Shipping
2nd Class - 2-3 working days without tracking
48 Tracked - 2 working days with tracking
24 Tracked - 1 working day with tracking
International Shipping
International Economy - From 2 weeks to 60 days without tracking
International Standard - 3-5 days without tracking
International Standard Tracked - 3-5 days with tracking
Returns & Refund Policy
I really hope you never need to return a Scrapping 'Ell piece to me, I want you to love every piece you buy!
If you need to return a standard-sized garment or item that is not custom in nature, please email scrapping.ell@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in an unworn, unwashed and ‘as new’ saleable condition to be eligible for an exchange or a refund.
You may not be eligible for a refund if:
- You have damaged the item/s
- You have not recieved your order due to your error including providing the incorrect address, missing delivery attempts, failing to collect from delivery centre.
- You do not want to wait any longer for your item.
