Shipping Information

All Scrapping ’Ell pieces are either handmade or carefully prepared in my London studio.

Ready made items from my collections are dispatched the next working day.

Made to order pieces are handmade and dispatched within one week.

USA information: The 10% tarriff is included in your shipping cost and I pay this on your behalf.

EU Information: Sales tax/duties will be collected by the courier on delivery. Your country's VAT rate (typically 17%–27%) will apply as I am shipping from the UK which is outside the EU.

UK Shipping

48 Tracked - 2 working days with tracking

24 Tracked - 1 working day with tracking

International Shipping

International Economy - From 2 weeks to 60 days without tracking

International Standard - 3-5 days without tracking

International Standard Tracked - 3-5 days with tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Returns

I hope you love your Scrapping ’Ell piece, but if something isn’t right, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn and in original condition

To start a return, email scrapping.ell@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
