Refund policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order then please email us at @scrapping.ell where we will try our hardest to solve the problem. You have 14 days to return an order in its original, sellable condition. When the item(s) have been received back at Scrapping 'Ell we will issue a refund. The cost of return shipping is at the discretion of the customer and must be sent via tracked mail.
